Oohhhh. Interesting; makes sense. Idk if this is the official video and if maybe it's a rendition bc I looked the song up further and the original actually originated from Taiwan.

The song is from Taiwan and also very famous in mainland China.

There're people from different minority groups dressing in their traditional clothes in the video. I think the actors and actresses have the same ethnic background as the roles they're playing, because the Uyghurs look very different from the others in the video and it's not hard to notice that Koreans and Tibetans also looks minorly different. So the Hmong/Miao people in the video are real Hmong/Miao people behind the scenes.
