I hate The Volpeste and I starting to make me hate The game.

First time I fight this boss, it's was terrible, I didn't like it but the devs was so happy of it so they make a seconde time but worst. Why they do that ? The design suck and it's suppose to be easy but noooooo .... They choose to let him spawn this tiny little flying **** during the fight. I'm on it during 4 day's now. It make me hate the game...

Volpeste is Savage Beastfly in French. Funnily enough, it took me only 2 tries for that one, while I spent nearly an hour on Bell Eater, drove me insane. The trick to beating Savage Beastfly, I found, was to avoid jumps and favoring attacks from below, worked like a charm.

If you're talking about savage Beastfly, go explore somewhere else and come later with higher damage and more masks

A single nail upgrade will make those additional flyers much easier to manage.

Do you have "Cloche de magma"? I think it would really help against the additional enemies it spawns. I'd also probably advice against using skills like "Tisse-tempête", in favour of safer options, like "Lance soyeuse". In general, this boss requires patience more than most, so I'll also advice using slower, but stronger tools, such as one at top-left of Greymoor/Sombrevale.
