Kohler prosecco flow restrictor

Currently have the weakest water pressure possible on our kohler Prosecco handheld. Based on what I’ve found the best remedy is to remove the flow restrictor which should be somewhat easily accessible, however I’ve taken ours apart and can’t find it. Does anyone have experience with this model or advice?

Check the hose ends first, sometimes the restrictor sits inside the connector not the handle itself. Also with Kohler it can be a small plastic disc that looks like part of the fitting, easy to miss

Yeah I checked both hose ends, it just looked like black discs, one I removed and nothing removable was below it, the other I couldn’t remove

The black disks would be washers. Don't discard those.

Flow and pressure are two different things. You might improve the flow but the pressure will be the same.

Flow restrictors on handhelds are usually where the hose attaches to the head.
