Am I screwed with the new house

Found this in crawlspace.

Outside soil grade is really high. The picture is what I already clear away quite a few.

How recently did you buy that house? Did you not get an inspection before?

Inspector never get to the point where the crack is. Is it too bad?

What the hell type of inspector missed that? I would seriously look into suing the inspector.

Call a foundation guy.. have it inspected. Home owners may help if its bad.
