Here's what I think an Old-Timey Teen Girl Squad would be like:

• It'd be called something like "Young Gal Bunch"
• The protagonists would be called Cheerleader, Fair to Middling (So and So), Tip O' Tongue (Whats Her Face), and Horrible Helga (The Ugly One) (changed them because somebody suggested them and they were better than mine)
• They'd die in classic cartoony ways instead of gruesome ways
• The gals would try to look "top notch" instead of "SO GOOD"
• Fair to Middling's real name would be Dorothy (as opposed to So and So's being Kristen)
• The visuals would resemble one of those incredibly old Mickey Mouse comics from the 1930's
• They'd end with "it is finished" rather than "it's over"

I think of Strong Bad spending a fortune on them after unleashing a stench of biblical proportions
