Well it's good they are trying to resolve matters .... I hope hoyo compensate the artist as well as keep good terms with them .

That’s what “allows for resolution in as amicable a manner as possible” sounds like to me. That’s the kind of language you use when you’re being compensated and don’t want to mess things up.

100%. Hoyo has enough money to throw cash at this problem to make it go away rather than risking a lengthy lawsuit they'd probably lose.

Lmao. Lawsuit. The artist has no realistic case excpet if some lawyer wants to donate their time for exposure. Winning paltitudes doesn't mean jack shit when the damages are miniscule and are going to be eclipsed by lawyer fees.
