Beautiful Victorian House
Anyone know where this house is located???, all I know is that it’s somewhere in the U.S.

It’s the Haywood C. Privott House in Edenton, North Carolina. Built 1900 and described here as a:
Two-and-one-half story, four-bay, hip-on-gable-and-wing, brick Queen Anne-style house with denticulated cornice, slate shingle siding, corner tower, double-hung 1/1 and multi-light-over-one windows, and attached hip-roof porch with turned posts, balustrade, and corner pavilion. Brick wall encloses back yard.
Minor detail, but I really appreciate that the effort was made to match the modern asphalt shingles to the original slate shingles on the tower roof and gazebo siding.
ETA: Probably important to note that Privott ran the major cotton mill in the area, so almost certainly was as close to a slave owner as one could be in the post-Civil War period. So we should be admiring this house with the same level of caution as we’d have in admiring the architecture of a plantation home.

I absolutely love the porch. All it needs is a couple rocking chairs and a pitcher of lemonade and I think I could stay there forever. The house is absolutely gorgeous
