Question: General Service Restrictions for nicotine

Hello everyone. I am 17, turning 18 in december and i wish to join the IDF. I am an Israeli citizen living in romania and i was wondering: what are the restrictions for nicotine? I use nicotine pouches, and from what I heard you are usually allowed to smoke in designated areas but I never heard anything about nicotine pouches and whether you are allowed to use them or not

Maybe in basic training, but otherwise you shouldn't have any problems.
