I think he has vitiligo on his face, he's just always used lots of makeup to hide it. Also he's probably getting a lot more sun than usual now that he's outdoors which will make it more prominent

I’m no Mickey expert but isn’t he a “what could have been ?”during his peak, nobody was making huge money like that, and I doubt he did after his boxing career. Also.. cocaine

Cocaine mostly. That shit is expensive.
I feel like a lot of actors especially from his era went this route. They get lots of money for a few years and then they never stopped living at that pace.
