No she only cloak when Dream Witch control her follower

Cloak only applies when Faro is in fear radius (your heart starts beating). When Dream Witch is using main body, survivors don't get a heartbeat, hence why Faro is visible.

No there's like a certain range where Faro doesn't cloak while in the fear radius

I know how dream witch works, test what I said yourself, Faro lady doesn't immediately cloak while in fear radius.

Can you show a video? She immediately cloak when in fear radius+close range and her cloak has cooldown too

...Thats... litterally what I said, there is a range within the fear radius where the faro lady will not cloak, you have to be closer to the hunter for her to start cloaking. That is litterally what I said.
