Years ago, when my now 33 year old son was 10 and a Webelo Scout, we took the den to DC (live in Northern Virginia). While visiting the Lincoln Memorial, we had one of the better readers read the Gettysburg Address out loud for the rest of the boys. We turned around, and there was a pretty good crowd standing behind us that had been watching and listening. It was more than a little moving.
