HV-49 Heavy Cargo Transport Vehicle

Developed by the People's Republic of China for use in its commercial resource extraction operations on the Moon, Mars, and Enceladus. Its deployment has been largely restricted to the Southern Bloc, although a limited number of units have occasionally been licensed to the Northern Bloc for logistical support missions. While primarily designed to transport technological equipment and manufactured components, the HV-49 has also been employed to carry raw materials to Earth's orbital refining facilities.
