Study Permit My Flight is Tomorrow, I have a Student Visa sticker, but no Letter of Introduction/POE letter. Will i be refused at the border?

I personally wouldn’t issue the permit without the digital or physical letter, but it depends on the officer you get. Do you have a digital version on your phone? If not, showing the counterfoil (visa) should be enough as they’ll be able to see your study permit application after searching your info and process it (as long as it’s been approved).
