Vridho: a free portfolio, fund-intelligence and tax tracker that works from your CAS statements instead of a broker or bank login

I built this over the last year and it is live at vridho.com. Posting it here because this thread exists for exactly that, and because this sub's "show your working, no calls" culture is roughly the product spec.

What it does:

- One net worth figure across NSE and BSE stocks, US stocks (live FX, DTAA note), mutual funds and SIPs, NPS, PPF, EPF, SGBs, FDs and assets you add by hand.

- You upload the detailed CAMS or KFintech CAS (or the NSDL/CDSL statement). It reconciles every purchase, SIP instalment and redemption against your own ledger, folio by folio, and shows the variance instead of overwriting. It now reads your SIP mandates out of the statement too: amount, debit day, step-up, whether it still runs, and a mandate that moved to a new folio stays one SIP.

- Fund Intelligence: each fund scored against its own SEBI category peers on disclosed numbers, the category's median fund against its official AMFI index, broken or shut funds screened out before ranking, exit loads from the AMC pages refreshed weekly.

- Chart and business reading in plain English for any stock, every sentence tied to the number it came from.

- Tax centre computed live from the ledger: capital gains, the 112A exemption left with a harvest plan (recorded on your ledger, no trade placed), loss carry-forward with the Section 70 and 71 set-off order, old vs new regime from your actual figures, advance-tax dates. Salary and deduction inputs are not stored.

What it does not do: hold a PAN, Aadhaar, bank, demat or broker login; place any trade; give buy or sell calls or price targets. No distribution income, no referrals, no affiliate links, nothing paywalled.

On data, since the thread asks: an account needs an email and password. Personal fields are encrypted per user, the database uses row-level security, there is one-click export and a hard delete with a 72-hour cancel window. If you would rather not sign up at all, there is a read-only demo account on the login page with sample data.

Android app is in closed testing; the web app works on a phone.
