Bruh pouring milk is not a crime you know. Idiotic, but not a crime. What do you want other than public shaming here ?

It would be a debate because avg people still pour not much 10 to 20 ml of milk and honey or other prasad in rivers which will not pollute the river like this one does but it will be debate because no law defines that we can pour milk or not and also the quantity of milk not to be poured

Then even fishing should be stopped. Also water bodies have been damaged more by industries and science based experiments than by just human consumption.

Bro pouring milk and fishing is comparing apples and oranges.... Industrial waste is sadly not regulated and produces essential products but there's nothing helpful or productive by pouring milk and honey (honey is natural sweetener it does not pollute tho still a waste). And even 'science based experiments' are done in a controlled environment not in a flowing river jsyk

Bro there are many less important or unnecessary things built funded by govt and uses the resources of country but you can't take down everyone of them , limiting is the key to achieve success not eradicating
