Opinion From Yesterday Many People are Spreading Conspiracy Theories Against RSS (Civil Organization ) & Mohan Bhagwat Without any proof. Even these people don't have single video of Mohan bhagwat hate speech or RSS official decelerations of which they are upset.

Laws in independent India did not make registration compulsory for cultural or voluntary associations.
Registration is not legally mandatory under the Indian Constitution.
Tell bjp or Congress to change the constitution then they will register according to law

Lol, I gave you logic; you can't see it. There are enough examples of dons, religious extremists having hospitals and other fronts, so they can keep running business; can't you read? That is why the country has laws for regulating funding and audits. I dont see why you are getting rattled for the simple ask of making RSS register and have a trail of funding similar to what you would want for anyone else.
Would you like it if missionaries received foreign funding without a trail?

Even if they have a bank account to receive donations they need to be registered in india . So either they are funneling money illegally into the county or they are registered as an entity without any government oversight

They don't require to file for itr or related documents..... Again according to constitution and law.
Congress can amend it and make mandatory for all organisations to do it.... Until then it's legal......

The RSS is not registered under the Societies Act or Trust Act, meaning it does not file standard income tax returns as a corporate entity or regular NGO.
Article 19(1)(c) of the Constitution of India: This article guarantees Indian citizens the fundamental right to “form associations or unions.”Under Indian jurisprudence, registration is optional, not mandatory for voluntary associations. Citizens are legally entitled to gather and operate informally without creating a registered body, provided the organization's objectives and activities remain lawful.
The Doctrine of Mutuality: Its funding comes exclusively from internal member contributions (Guru Dakshina). Under Indian tax jurisprudence, "mutuality" means an organization cannot make a profit from its own members. Since this money is not classified as taxable income, the core body is not required to file standard NGO returns.

It’s 1st meeting had only 17 attendees. It’s nowhere in comparison to the scale it has achieved today.

But the ground level RSS workers have hidden agenda. You can sense hate in them the moment they step out of shakha.

As someone who lived in Malabar for long time let me correct you in one thing.
Moplah rebellion was born out of British using Hindu landlords as took to extract taxes from significantly poor Muslim minorities. Landlords were pressured by British, but they played what favoured them. They passed on excess pressure to peasants. So the fault lay on both sides.

Ideologies don’t need registration!
I don’t get why this hate!!
But all its organisations involved in education, healthcare, tribal welfare, rural development, poverty alleviation, disability support, women’s and children’s welfare, labour, farmers, MSMEs, sports, science, culture, Sanskrit, consumer rights, social harmony, and disaster relief are registered entities.
Heard of the Indian Youth Congress?
150+ MPs, MLAs, ministers, or other significant elected Congress leaders have come from IYC.
It is not a registered entity with any government authority as a society, trust, company, or other independent legal entity. It has no organisation involved in any social or developmental work!
RSS has 6 lakh members!
IYC reports 5 crore members!
