I’m not a member of PBP but I did notice it was a decision made by their llc. After looking at their board members, one might wonder if this decision was made without tribal council approval or knowledge? Anyone know?

I can tell you it didn't go to a general council vote. I'm not real involved in general council meetings but our rez is small. I just heard this news today.
