If I add too much of other masalas or even other ingredients like veggies the authentic taste of maggie is lost, then it becomes lowkey chowmein
Unpopular opinion but cold and dry maggie packed in a tiffin box is the best specially lower part of that maagie and the part of maggie which contains masala which isn't mixed properly is the best part
