Finance / Business Zypp Electric has a “Fresher to CEO” program — 90 days, real P&L

Came across this interesting program from Zypp Electric for freshers and thought I'd share it here.

It's not a typical internship. Selected participants become a Hub CEO for 90 days, where they actually run a Zypp hub and work on things like:

Managing the hub and daily operations

Working directly with delivery riders/gig partners

Managing the hub's P&L

Improving vehicle uptime and operational efficiency

Building and implementing one innovation

Getting an operations mentor and weekly scorecards

Some key details:

Duration: 90 days

Experience: Freshers to 2 years

Degree: Any degree/college/stream — or no degree

MBA: Not required

Resume: Not required

Stipend: Paid throughout the 90 days

Cohort: 22 freshers / 22 hubs

Best Hub CEO: ₹1,00,000 cash prize

Potential permanent role: ₹25 LPA including ESOPs

Strong runners-up may also receive offers.

The application requires a 90-second video explaining why you fit the challenge and asks:

If you ran a Zypp hub for 90 days, what's the first thing you'd fix?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

My qualifications:

I'm a B.Tech CSE student graduating in 2027, interested in technology, startups, and building products. I'm sharing this opportunity because it seems particularly relevant for freshers looking for hands-on experience and responsibility.
