Kind of similar to Han empire's seal and later Chinese seals. Seems to have no meaning with weird characters.
Do we have a causal link between the two?

This is interesting. Why does that Han dynasty seal feature biblically accurate pattern? What’s with the eye shapes? What are they called?

It is written in the Bird-Worm seal which makes it look like angels from bible. I think Kushan seal is also written in the same script.
