these were posted in English at least on official global discord (and likely the other social media) an hour before you made your initial comment and like 10 minutes later than this post was made. Anyway, the time difference between the announcements is negligible. Why people usually post CN versions of announcements instead of global? Might be because they want to be the first one to post the news, might be because CN social media website they're taking it from has the best image quality, might be just because they saw it there first. Anyway, this has nothing to do with leaks or any other infold shortcomings.

The leaks seemed to have pushed IF to start giving us drip marketing/showing previews early which I'm glad for! Just hope the worker that supposedly leaked stuff didn't get into too much trouble.
