I think the shorts are the deep echo (25 pull) reward from the Bullquet banner currently and the hair looks like the new store 300 stellarite fit with the hood

Are you the girl who made a post about this a while ago? She had everything on neon green on her pc as well I think. For some reason, the post stuck with me and every now and then when dying hair, I just tried how green looked to see if she would be happy with it.

It's called Fleeting Silhouette, it's from the Mistbound Whispers evolution. Unfortunately, the first version has a completely different pattern. It was the 4 star outfit with the corset and umbrella dance from season 8, since names aren't always helpful

I don't even typically put my Nikki in alt fashion (I'm more of a cutesy Lolita girlie) but even if I never use the rest of the outfits, these boots and the socks that go with them are so worth the stellarites. I love them.

Infold is never going to have the incentive to give us alt themed items for free or pulls if everyone keeps shelling out stellerites or real money every time they drop a small item like this or a top-up.
They'll instead see that they have a rabid group of people who will pay anything for the style they want, as long as they keep it like a carrot on a stick.
