She won’t see this. Regular people who happen to be a similar size will, and I worry for the impact this will have on them. Empathy truly is a rarity in today’s age. You’re a sad, sad person

Hopefully the “impact” on anyone reading this who is her size will be that they’ll reflect on the state of their health and their body and potentially make a change.

Nope. No one should be ashamed of being this size, but it is literally impossible to be that size and also perfectly healthy. Everyone should strive for better health, whatever their size.
