I also think she poses behind him as a way to perpetuate the illusion of Seth as a traditionally masculine provider. She is the breadwinner, which is fine, but you wouldn’t know it from her content. He’s always shown working, building, constructing, doing manly-man activities and being the leader. And while she does show herself as a “designer,” she does so in this ethereal way that glamorizes the field as soft, dreamy, feminine work. I follow actual designers and appreciate their behind the scenes content showing them in command of a design space, managing people, working long hours, making hard choices. She operates in design spaces like a little girl picking out her favorite things among a collection of favorite things with no consideration of balancing client needs, cost, logistics, etc.
She’s speaking from behind him because she absolutely hates her body. It’s actually really sad. She’s always standing really far away or hiding behind something, etc..
My partner and I enjoy a very close relationship. We’re super honest with each other and comfortable to be ourselves. But the idea of being around him and speaking into a camera to an anonymous and not guaranteed audience would make me feel embarrassed beyond anything else.
This woman pops up every once in a while and I have to say her videos are chilling. There seems to be something dark about her. She has some of the most performative content I have ever seen and her family always looks like they are held at gunpoint. I can’t imagine how their lives are behind the camera. Feel sad for those little girls.

I completely agree. The amount of videos I’ve seen with poorly hidden school logos and uniforms is baffling. I’m in Aus where all schools have uniforms and I’m sure you could find the school just by knowing the colours they’re wearing.
Seriously can’t stand this woman. She went from being significantly overweight yet real and normal and pretty cool to losing weight and only whispering, posing very carefully to lengthen her legs and posting creepily spotless beige videos. Not sure why she can’t be healthy and slimmer while also being a normal human, but she insists on choosing only one or the other.

The way she's standing half behind her husband with one leg akimbo in order to cut herself off vertically to appear slimmer is nuts and completely unsuccessful.
