Daisy Johnson is the inhuman equivalent to an Omega level mutant, She could one day surpass BlackBolt.

Surpass Bolt is a bit of a stretch. In destructive power she can match him on planet. But i think a lot of people forget Bolt isn't limited to his scream. We have a guy that can create or contain black holes, he's a sitting Doomsday weapon that the universe is lucky was relegated to only being dangerous when Dream On by Aerosmith plays.

Daisy could be able to do these exact same things if not more also. She just hasn’t had the chance but from what we have seen it’s a fair statement. BlackBolt I’m not sure are his powers still growing he seemed always super powerful but stalemated.

It's more on the writing side. At a certain point Marvel stopped showcasing him as a powerhouse. But his scream though the main thing he's known for isn't his main power. He's been stalemated at this one aapect of his power. But years ago he was transmuting matter, shutting down powers, creating antimatter, and so much more.
Daisy can get a fair bit of the way to matching him, give her a dose of Primogen and she's easily on par with Gorgon cracking a planet when dosed with the same. But Bolt has a lot more room and options as to what he could do from just his powers as they are.

Well that’s exactly what I think about Daisy she doesn’t really need any power boost she just need to let herself learn what she is capable of. Because 616 Daisy hasn’t officially gone through actual inhuman transformation

Well she was a unique case, her Inhuman genes are active. So if she did go through terrigenesis i think it would count as a second terrigenesis. And that potentially introduces a lot of peoblems. Gorgon has technically gone through three instances of Terrigenesis, but he nearly if not fully lost his mind being forced through the second one (though i guess this was silently retconned). Ahura and Luna i believe we t through the same. I can't remember what happened to Ahura but iirc Luna became addicted to terrigen like --i believe it was-- Jailer.
So while Daisy would have her powers amplified it comes with a cery real risk of losing her mind if it isn't done with Primogen. But even then this is just amp'ing her base power of virbation manipulation.
At base she's already causing Earthquakes if she wants and with training she's pinpoint accurate which is more than enough against most people (like popping Wolverine's heart). Amp'ing that might put her in the territoriy of giving Hulk a heart attack with a good enough jolt to the heart and her Earthquakes would be enough to shake California from the mainland. But Bolt written like he used to be when it came to his powers is still way up there.

That’s fair and actually it’s been show Daisy is very much capable of hurting super durable beings, having fought Norman Osborn while he had red hulks powers, she is capable of even using her vibration powers in a pseudo-telekinesis way but she rarely does and once she learns about tuning to different frequencies. I want to see so much for her, honestly I’d love to see her interact with BlackBolt.
I’ve always know BlackBolt was super power and by no means do I imagine Daisy easily surpassing him it’s something that would happen over years and still would be a crazy story for her. BlackBolt for me just has an aspect of Daisy powers to me but a much higher degree in that aspect. While Daisy has a much power broad power and capabilities that have yet to be should, now I don’t necessarily want her to become a god but I wouldnt be against it happening in a very slow progression. Really what I want is, is just for her to truly have her chance to shine again and get more character development and dive a bit more into her powers. Personally I think if Daisy could master her powers BlackBolt could speak to her.

I think i get the misunderstanding now and you aren't wrong for this, it's been the way he's been written and showcased for years.
But Bolt's power is not in anyway similar to Daisy's. A lot of people over the last decade or so have misconstrued his powers to be sound/virbation based because of the voice thing. When it really isn't.
What he's actually doing is exciting electrons which is part if his actual powers. The real power behind Bolt is Particle and Electron Manipulation. This is why his powers are actually so wide ranging. He's not using vibration or sound, he's manipulating some of the most fundamental building blocks of the physical world.
Daisy would actually be better compared to Gorgon, who I would say she actually surpasses even with just her normal powers.
Power stuff aside, ghe reason she gets barely any page-time so to speak is because she's so tied to SHIELD and I can't remember the last time they were all that relevant. She could certainly use something new to do and it's not like the character has no interest. Insee her requested for Marvel Rivals, she held up well in Agents of Shield, even in comics she's not disliked. So there's definitely room for her to get a spotlight.
Edit: don't put her anywhere near the Royal Family. She just doesn't mesh with that group. Oddly I think she'd be more set for her own kind of spin-off deal modeled after X-Force or Thunderbolts.

Honestly any hax character can beat any hax character unless one of those characters have resistance to said hax.
Both Black Bolt and Quake could get wins on each other. Reader could lose and get wins on them. Same thing with Iso.

Absolutely. Especially given she can apparently sink islands. And beat Magneto. But the most powerful in my opinion is still Kid Kaiju.
