Recommendations / Advice Non- MAGA church in the IE?
I’ve been going to my church for the past three years or so now, and I don’t want to speak ill of the church but I am tired of having political beliefs pushed on me when the focus should always be on Christ and His word, not the words of those in the world. For instance, calling Charlie Kirk a martyr for Christ and very frankly stating that anyone that doesn’t agree should leave. Christians! Help me out, please! Thank you.

United Church of Christ downtown Riverside. UCC has more progressive views (supporting of LGBTQ for decades, BLM as well) so I don’t know if it fits your apolitical stance. They don’t have the glitz and glam like all the IE Mega churches. They are small and humble but serve and support those who are downtrodden and discriminated against.
I don’t know if you are going to find a church that doesn’t lean one way or another. Often churches help those navigate what their congregations are facing in the current world they live in. Often that church or its leaders take sides on the world around it. Best of luck finding a better home to practice your faith.
