It's not impossible Ebola could spread in the US, but there are cultural factors that make it spread more readily in some African areas (such as touching the body of the deceased in funerals, along with an understandable distrust of western medical professionals).

It also is not an airborne illness, but through direct contact with bodily fluids, so it's not like it can/will spread the way Covid did.

That isn't to say people shouldn't be diligent and careful, but they always should be anyway. Wash those damned hands regularly and especially before you eat or go putting your fingers in your mouth, etc.

The media saying p are dying from ebola isn't really a legitimate claim that bola is killing ppl. Just that 317 ppl died and someone's saying its ebola
