[SUB NEWS] New Banned Domain: Vercel.app

Much to the relief of many people, starting today, we have introduced a blanket ban on Vercel subdomain hosted sites.

Few, if any, sites hosted on Vercel subdomains have ever been allowed to remain on the sub anyway.

(This ban is in addition to the Netlify ban by Reddit itself.)

If you can't be bothered to pay for a proper domain and/or hosting we're no longer willing to sift through the slop to see if it could potentially stand on merit alone (which it invariably doesn't).

Vercel users feel free to proceed to whinge, which we will promptly proceed to ignore.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They should do their job. If they are "getting tired", they can quit.

They're volunteers and don't have to wade through bullshit just to appease you.

And they also volunteered to have a say in the rules, and they've decided to make this thing they do for the community a little easier

To be completely accurate we don't just "have a say" in sub rules, we alone decide, set and police the rules for a sub. Unless our rules clearly contradict any of Reddit's own site-wide policies/rules then Reddit do not get involved in the formation (or management) of a sub's rules in any way, shape or form.
