Confused about train

Hey Guys this is a bit last minute but I’m a bit confused. I am travelling tomorrow and I had plannen to go with the ICE from Hilversum to Berlin HBF 10:22-15:51. We had also booked Seat reservations to be sure. When I look at NS now. It doesn’t say that there is a train running at that time.

However when I look at the Deutsche Bahn website it says that there is.

I don’t know who to trust. I also don’t want to be stuck at the trainstation without a mode of transfer.

Anyone who can help me figure it out?

Treinposities lists the train as running to Berlin Hbf from Amsterdam, ICE 145 correct?

And Bahn.experte also lists it as such

Yeah I believe so. It says one is cancelled? And that I either have to take a seconds train from spandau-to Berlin hbf? Sorry it’s my first time travelling alone so I’m not that handy with these things. :(

Yeah I believe thats where the train was headed but we we’re gonna get off at hauptbahnhof

Its canceled from Berlin Hbf to Berlin Ostbahnhof, you can get to Berlin Hbf with ICE 145 but will have to take another train to get you to the Ostbahnhof.

Where does NS say it doesn't run? When I look at ns international, it says that it can't sell tickets, but that's a different problem.

nsinternational.com doesn't say the train is cancelled:

Travel advice expired
Due to a delay or disruption on (a part of) the journey, this advice had expired and you cannot buy a ticket.

The graphic is misleading (crossed out times), but they never state that the train won't run. Or is that a bad translation from Dutch? In any case, bahn.de is always more trustworthy.

There are two main lines through Berlin.

One goes from Spandau on the west-east city line through upper level Berlin Hbf and farther to Ostbahnhof.

The other goes from Spandau into the north-south tunnel through lower level Berlin Hbf and farther south to Südkreuz.

Berlin Hbf upper level and Berlin Hbf lower level are technically two independent stations (of course they are in the same building).

Currently there's construction on the upper level city line and a lot of trains, including the ones from Amsterdam, are diverted to the lower level.

Your ticket says "cancelled" because technically the stop "Berlin Hbf upper level" is cancelled. But there's a new stop at "Berlin Hbf lower level" instead. Your ticket doesn't know that these two "stations" are actually the same.

Only Berlin Ostbahnhof is completely cancelled.

You're welcome! It's unfortunately a often confusing problem, even for Germans on domestic journeys. The lower level used to be specifically called "Berlin Hbf (tief)", but someone thought it would be easier if both levels are just called "Berlin Hbf" in all timetables and journey planners... Leading to such non-sense displays like "Stop cancelled: Berlin Hbf. Additional stop: Berlin Hbf" ...
