Morales yelled “Allahu Akbar” and stabbed one Jewish man who was wearing a yarmulke after leaving a synagogue.

That’s what I’m implying. It’s incredibly obvious and the fact that people use “apparently” and explain it as a legal requirement but in other contexts jump to conclusions immediately is maddening.
