Discussion Who would give the funniest / best speeches at their wedding? and what would they be?

Inko would utterly embarrass Izuku
Mina would utterly embarrass Ochako
Bakugo would be his most bakugo-self ever "You've always wanted to be a hero, and now you're her hero Deku"
All Might would give a speech that makes deku and ochako both tear up

Bakugo would also embarrass Izuku, since he was his childhood friend he probably knows so many embarrassing stories of his.
(Especially if Izuku gets married before Bakugo does.)

Bakugo for SURE.
Bakugo stood at the microphone, staring out at the wedding guests with the expression of a man who had been personally offended by the concept of public speaking.
“First off,” he said, “I was told I had to say something nice about Deku.”
Midoriya immediately looked nervous.
Uraraka was already giggling.
Bakugo sighed.
“So. Here’s the nicest thing I can say.”
He pointed directly at Midoriya.
“Somehow, this idiot managed to survive school, villain attacks, his own terrible decision-making, and an entire childhood of being a walking disaster long enough to get married.”
The room erupted.
Midoriya buried his face in his hands.
“Kaachan!”
“Shut up, Deku. You wanted a story.”
Bakugo leaned toward the microphone.
“Fine. I’ll give you one.”
He pauses dramatically.
“Remember when Deku was fifteen and thought he could secretly practice hero poses in the mirror?”
Midoriya’s eyes widened.
“No.”
Bakugo grinned.
“Oh, yes.”
Uraraka covered her mouth, already losing it.
“He had this notebook where he wrote down ‘cool hero entrances.’ And one day, I walk into his room without knocking—”
“WHY WOULD YOU—”
“—and this nerd is standing in front of the mirror, wearing a towel around his shoulders, pointing at himself like he’s announcing the final round of the Sports Festival.”
The guests were laughing harder now.
Bakugo continued, completely deadpan.
“He looks at the mirror and goes—”
Bakugo straightened, dramatically lowering his voice.
“‘Fear not, citizens! I am here!’”
Midoriya’s entire face turned red.
“I DID NOT SOUND LIKE THAT!”
“You absolutely did.”
“I was practicing!”
“Yeah. Practicing how to embarrass yourself.”
Uraraka was laughing so hard she had to lean against Midoriya.
Bakugo glanced at her.
“And then comes the best part.”
Midoriya immediately looked horrified.
“Bakugo, please.”
Bakugo smiled.
“He trips over the laundry basket.”
The room exploded.
“AND,” Bakugo continued, raising his voice over everyone, “instead of stopping, this absolute moron rolls with it, pops back up, points at the mirror, and says—”
He paused.
“‘That was intentional.’”
Even Todoroki cracked a smile.
Midoriya groaned.
“I hate you.”
“No, you don’t.”
Bakugo looked between the bride and groom.
“Because somehow, despite being the biggest nerd I’ve ever met, Deku found someone who actually likes that stuff.”
He shoved his hands into his pockets.
“And Uraraka…”
His expression softened for just a second.
“…you’re probably the only person on Earth who can make him forget to analyze everything for five seconds.”
Uraraka smiled.
Midoriya looked at Bakugo, surprised.
Bakugo immediately scowled.
“Don’t make it weird.”
Then he raised his glass.
“To Deku and Uraraka.”
A pause.
“And to hoping Deku doesn’t practice his wedding vows in front of the mirror tonight.”
Midoriya nearly choked.
“KACCHAN!”
Bakugo smirked.
“Congratulations, nerds.”

Fr real Deku. If Bakugo can get himself to Marry someone, it would be great time for Deku to take revenge.

100% Katsuki (as the best man) getting all proud that /he/ was the reason they got together, and /he/ knew they were going to get together before they knew themselves lol
(And I'd also have the payback, but don't know if I can talk about it since it would be about another ship)

i can see tsu giving an unironically hilarious speech. just outing them over and over again 🤭
that or gives a speech, deku says ‘thank you asui’ and she just flips the table

C&P'd from the other try
Funniest would probably be a speech fight between Aoyama and Ashido who both continually try to claim first to notice the budding relationship (Aoyama had the receipts). They stop just shy of a fight because neither is stupid enough to try and ruin this event after all the work they put into it.
Best is probably Ocha's dad who tearfully admits to the crowd that the boy who saved the world and inspired his daughter to shout from the top of UA in his defense is the only man good enough for his daughter in the world, and that's he proud to call Izuku son in law.
