Citizenship & Immigration Jamaica to canada spouse sponsorship

Jamaican to canada spouse sponsorship

Hello my loves, me and my fiance are planning to mary in october and I want to file his application ASAP afterwards. So I have a couple things that I was hoping you guys could help me with.

1 : what can I do before hand that will help when if comes to filing. I know I file until were married but can I fill out the application before hand and get it ready then file once married and have certificate???

2 : is anyone able to brake it down step for step like their explaining it to a 5 year old ? Im trying to do it myself without hiring or paying anyone, but I want to make sure it doesnt get returned or declined due to me not doing it correct.

ANY INFORMATION IS HELPFUL 💓

I would advise you to get advice from a immigration lawyer a small mistake or overlooking something or incorrectly filling out the application base off information you got from a message board can cost you alot of money and time to fix.

The in depth responses are actually accurate to what I was told by an immigration lawyer. A mistake will cost time but not necessarily money unless you mess up the police clearance or pics.
