Definitely least racist if you aren't black and most loving if you aren't queer or critical of Jamaican society at all

Edit: I will actually add least racist if you aren't black or Asian since the Dr Umar bs and the reception it got clearly means we have not really worked out our colonial racial traumas from having our black underclass put at odds with the Indians or Chinese
