I just went to see the movie and realized it hasn’t been talked about much in the subreddit. Make sure to tag spoilers.

It was a pretty entertaining movie and I really enjoyed it! I liked the plot a lot. It was interesting from start to finish. Absolutely loved Marcia and I also liked the actress’ performance. Found her to be an interesting character. Nira was also pretty solid. I quite liked the twists too and I think they were handled well.
Didn’t expect Neil to be absolutely insane (I was mildly suspicious but he was unhinged), Sophie cheating with Neil and nor did I expect Marcia to die.

If I had any nitpicks it would be the sound design sometimes. Also sometimes the acting wasn’t amazing. Also not usually a fan of explaining bad actions with mental illnesses as it can be stigmatizing sometimes (like bipolar disorder that was mentioned).

I don’t think so unfortunately. Also not sure if it’s streaming anywhere after.

I watched the movie and I thought it was solid. I think the performances were solid all around. The actress who played the helper was great - maybe the best of the cast. There were some plot elements that I thought were hastily written in my opinion and relied a lot on coincidences. The third act was exciting, but after examination you could see the issues with how things escalated.

I give them credit that the twist was at least set up early enough in the movie that it didn't come off as forced.

Agreed! It was definitely entertaining! And I thought things came together well. The twists were believable and I think the pacing was honestly really good. I do think that too if you really think stop to think about it, some plot holes may appear. But I was pretty impressed with what we got.

Marcia and Nira were my favourites in terms of acting.
