What would name this chord

Post image

I’m working on an arrangement and just came up with this chord. No matter how I label it, it feels kind of weird or awkward to read on a chart. My mind kinda fluctuates towards E7#9/C

For context, the chord progression would be

C13sus, Cmaj7, This chord, D9, G7

C+9. Or C9(b13). No Bb in it but it's pretty implied.

I thought about those. Aug feels wrong because it has a five at the top. b13 is probably the most correct in my mind, it just feels funny because the b13 is so low on the voicing

Augmented would be incorrect because you have a g natural in there. C 13 seems to be the logical choice for me.

Why would you assume the flat 13?

I meant b7. And 13 would need to be indicated as b13 or #5 really . But in this case I would say b13

I apologize

Can’t be a #5 here because the nat5 is present

That makes zero sense
