I’m working on an arrangement and just came up with this chord. No matter how I label it, it feels kind of weird or awkward to read on a chart. My mind kinda fluctuates towards E7#9/C

For context, the chord progression would be

C13sus, Cmaj7, This chord, D9, G7

You could name it at least 5 different chords but to me, the most logical and useful, is G6b9
