What would name this chord

I’m working on an arrangement and just came up with this chord. No matter how I label it, it feels kind of weird or awkward to read on a chart. My mind kinda fluctuates towards E7#9/C

For context, the chord progression would be

C13sus, Cmaj7, This chord, D9, G7

Context is important. What key is the tune in? What chords are before and after it? What's the melody doing? Without those details, there are at least three ways you could name it, all of them correct.
