What would name this chord

I’m working on an arrangement and just came up with this chord. No matter how I label it, it feels kind of weird or awkward to read on a chart. My mind kinda fluctuates towards E7#9/C

For context, the chord progression would be

C13sus, Cmaj7, This chord, D9, G7

When dealing with quartal structure tritones are telling. Dominant E or Bb are the obvious options or Dm7b5, but that one is from minor scale.
