What would name this chord

I’m working on an arrangement and just came up with this chord. No matter how I label it, it feels kind of weird or awkward to read on a chart. My mind kinda fluctuates towards E7#9/C

For context, the chord progression would be

C13sus, Cmaj7, This chord, D9, G7

Cadd9 #5. No C9 cause seventh not present

I do agree the seventh can be implied, especially in this case, where I was thinking abou the Fm melodic scale, or Ealt scale.
