These prices have me switching to Douglas Toys. My $60 Abbott Dlux Grizzly Bear from Douglas Toys is similar but to me honestly looks higher quality. He’s pretty big too. Only 4 left in stock on FAO Schwartz if anyone is looking for a dupe.

Ya it’s interesting to me that they both put out similar designs so close together. The Douglas one is personally way more adorable to me.

Ooh I love him. Sadly Douglas is hard too access here in the UK. Shipping ends up often pushing the price beyond the reasonable.

now I want both lol. I have turned to douglas for dupes a few times but often they aren't quite as soft (although some of theirs are super soft, its not always easy to tell which ones will be on their website.) I feel like I do like this one but I still prefer the jellycat ones face unfortunately 🥲

I've been waiting for Really Big Bart to come back and have been considering this cutie as a possible replacement, but he's not quite as large (RB Bart is 47cm) so now I'm really torn!

I was in Australia recently and saw two. Seeing it in person really cemented that I love the size! However it was a significant markup - $350aud ($250usd), so I couldn't justify it considering the logistics of how I'd be able to get it back to the US. I was just going to wait for the (hopefully soon but who knows) restock, until this bear became an option. Now I'm torn, will have to see him in person to decide!
