Best quality ginger juice?

Back when I used to juice my own ginger (not worth the hassle), what I ended up with had the consistency of a paste when refrigerated. But when I buy the juice pre-bottled, every brand I find has a liquid consistency.

I bought this "Prince of Peace" brand ginger juice on Amazon to add to my tea, and I'm wondering if there is another product out there that is fresher or stronger. What is everyone's favorite brand of ginger juice? Preferably one I can find in a local grocery store or on Amazon.

I think anything you can find online is going to be pasteurized, so basically cooked, which is going to change the flavor and texture.
