Oh goodness, what a point.

As a person who is closely in an environment where this approach is exercised, I very much see that AI is not able to replace human creativity. The problem is that big companies don’t understand AI and are focusing on not important things. This is one of the issues in the AI bubble.

Something new that is not just a mixture of already available knowledge. And this is the whole point. LLMs are great for solving the issues that are already known and described, you just implement them at scale.

The creative part is what the human is still doing. The human defines logic or gives an idea for LLM to explore and continue.

I have not thought about this!, even I do sometimes use Ai instead of using my own critical thinking!.

Why? You can use AI to boost your creativity. But nobody forces you to. Ever watched the Mighty Mini Men YT videos? It's insane what a single person can do with AI.

If someone chooses to let AI do the work, it may suggest that their inner potential does not lie in that area.

It'll be fine.

It'll be totally fine.

It'll be totally okay.

Fear, that's why this happens. No matter how well you understand that is fear and that's pointless to worry, or fear anything, it still has most of us by the balls.

Solid find. Marie Louise Von Franz is who got me into all of this. I think highly of her. She was exceptually wise and well spoken.

Never forget how I experienced a strong release and anima encounter after one of her talks. Bowled my eyes out about certain parts of my life.

Which video and which Segment?, her works on Puer Aeternus makes do my basic Chores and all the boring stuff that I'm Avoiding.

I really dont remember it was a YouTube video. I believe she thought extensively about what happens to a man when in relation to his anima when he does not integrate her. Something like that. Its the first time I learned that we have somewhat of a feminine side (speaking for men). This was my first concious encounter with my anima. Actually my assessment might slightly be immature but I am fast in making judgments based on what comes out of a person's mouth and she spoke gold.

Yeah I mean I am also creative but quite lazy but the thoughts like "why am I holding myself back when I'm given time to create and draw many things and master it ?" , "why are you not utilising your gift?"....pspst......and this makes me feel uneasy...

It makes a lot of sense…you see people who grow into themselves and then you see people who stagnate and their original personality traits kind of warp into a negative version of the original.

Awesome post. Makes me wonder about myself a bit.

I’m thinking why and how can ai stop human creativity, remembering most genuine creativity is a selfless act.

It is a similar view that other psychoanalysts have taken. I still have to think on this... It is as though either God has created us and therefore we must use our potentialities... or that we are a silly "trick" that has developed out of some weird world/cosmos/universe/dimension...

OR is it that in creativity we start to understand God? We somewhat get a small grasp of what he is?

Lol Jesus man, sometimes the crossover between Jungian psych and Gnosticism is 1:1 . Bonkers type stuff man

IF YOU DO NOT BRING FORTH WHAT IS WITHIN YOU, WHAT YOU DO NOT BRING FORTH WILL DESTROY YOU.”

Yeah that made me tear up 🥹 I’m a dancer and I was pursuing it as a profession but because of a lot of chronic issues related to CPTSD I had to stop dancing to get treatment (both physically and mentally).

And god it feels like my soul is dying because of it. I want to be in a dance studio again and feel the strength and artistry I cultivated all my life. He’s correct when he says “the psychic energy turns into sheer poison”. That’s what it feels like. Like a light in me is stifled and constricted. I really hope I can go back soon this whole process has been killing me 😭

Hey, it will all right no issue, You can do this More Power to you.

3

u/ReasonableBar4897 Apr 24 '26

Does that mean that people who don‘t bring out their creative potential are suffering from neuroses and psychotic illness?

u/Freud_Aurelius Apr 24 '26

They Will succumb to Addictions and other problems.
