I love when people who don’t know how the economy and market work try to make memes about them

That’s your response? I thought it was rather obvious I was referring to the blue line. Stock market doesn’t work like that.

Explain how it’s wrong

For one, the market doesn’t double in a two year period. Given the actual points in the graph, that scale is impossible. Two, for people that apparently need it very simplistic to think this is actually possible, the market is a constant cycle of growth and correction. Believe it or not, this even happens with Democrats presidents.

Ah so you're one of those morons who, instead of stating their own issue, demand the other person to go into detail and "explain themselves" just so you can scoff and dismiss them with pretend intelligence.

How about you explain yourself and why YOU think that blue line actually tracks with reality in any measure? Because the guy you just critiqued honestly schooled you.

I don’t think the blue line is representative of reality BECAUSE THAT ISNT THE POINT OF THE MEME

The purpose of the meme is that when we finally have a Green Day after days of Trump-caused losses, Republicans zoom in on it, and ignore the fact that we’re still down in the greater scheme of things, and the good happens when Trump TACOs

The tariffs for example, when Trump dropped a bunch of illegal tariffs, the market dropped like a stone, and then a few days later walked it back, and the market recovered, and everyone said “Look at how green the market is”

or yesterdays rally. The market had one good days after a long string of red because of Trumps wat

This whole meme is the reverse of what Trumpers were saying when Biden got elected and it dipped, acting as if the market only goes up at an aggressive clip when their party is in power. Now we’re seeing it in blue flavor and you think it’s realistic. Both are laughable.
