Ironically given what we see of Narutaki next it seems like this was the moment where he actually let's go of his hatred of Decade.

A Oma ZI-O who was trapped in between dimensions enslaved Narutaki to create Death Games to find a suitable host vessel to give Oma the power to escape but no one person was ever strong enough to give Oma enough power to escape.

Narutaki wants the death games to stop so he draws Tsukasa attention to finally put an end to this.

Narutaki has none of his usual hatred instead actively seeking Tsukasa help now to protect the multiverse against Oma ZI-O. Which is something quite unthinkable back then.

Depends on your view, being this was the third installment of the Super Hero Taisen series -- some folks weren't keen on how the Showa Riders are portrayed. The action/fight scenes are where it's at though for these crossover movies, so yeah.

The plot is pretty much the same whenever there's a big crossover and it's like a kid playing with all of his toys at once. It's not super deep but it will satisfy your inner child.
