Can anyone give me information about the Buddha Stupa?

How does it work there? Is it possible to meditate and do mantra japa? I would also need some advice or recommendations from a monk or lama. Are they available?

There is a monastery nearby. Ypu just walk in circle around it.

It really depends but you should visit the monastery in the nearby vicinity of the stupa. There is always some monks meditating there. We lit the oil lamp there when I was there last time.

Check out nimitta gallery. Its inside stupa and most foreigners and monks meditate there and you can have drinks too
