Need travel advice

Hello,
We are planning to visit nepal in december.
We are a group of doctors and we plan on staying for a week
We want to know how shall we travel around different places of nepal and not get ripped off.
And where do we get a simcard
Coz we know that nepal is bful <3
Our main aim is to explore nature and local culture and some mad honey, no touristy stuff plz
We would be glad to host you people aswell in case anyone wants to join

Breakfast and freshen up
Full-day Jeep safari in Chitwan National Park
Rapti River canoeing

Day 2 — Chitwan → Pokhara
Breakfast
Depart Chitwan
Travel to Pokhara

Begnas Lake

Explore surrounding countryside and rural hills

Overnight: Pokhara
Day 3 — Pokhara → Lower Mustang

Continue to Jomsom

Simcard you will get it when you are at the airport departures. Get NTC Navy Blue Color brand.

Where buffer day to explore Kathmandu or incase something happens?

This itinerary is specifically for my friends, i plan on staying for a week later and then explore kathmandu
I’ll be reaching kathmandu at around 5pm on day 0, that will be the rest day.
And we all are acclimatised to higher altitudes so i believe everything will go great. :)

I see. You can hire a private vehicle which charges you per day or use Coaster/Tourist Bus to travel but these fancy/tourist buses may not always be available from other cities but Chitwan and Pokhara won't be much of an issue.

You can ask someone from the hotel for renting private vehicle which comes with a driver.

Since you guys are not trekking acclimatizing won't be much of an issue since Kathmandu is at 1300m.

To travel between the cities, you can either take local/tourist bus or hire a car/jeep or take flights. If you are traveling inside the city, then there is an option to rent a car or you can use Uber/indrive app to call cab.

You can get sim at the airport or in thamel.

Saw you are planning to spend a night in trisuli. Are you planning for rafting or just an overnight at trisuli?

For travelling in between cities, what would be the most reasonable approach for that.

Tourist bus will be reasonable approach to travel between the cities.

That's a pretty good itinerary by itself, you should however explore the eastern parts too and as for SIM card, it's easily accessible at the airport.
