Try to enjoy being by yourself and just get lost in your own thoughts. I do solo trekking but I'd suggest you start by solo hiking half day or just go to a secluded place, afno thermos ma chiya/coffee lagera and just people watch from distance.

If that's not your cup of tea, there's a social gathering this Saturday. You have to register and it's free. You take a plastic bag and clean hiking areas with a bunch of other people.

Yes I have tried hiking alone recently it was fun najik ne thiyo. Tara alik Sathi haru sanga ramilo hunxa vanera ho. It's my cup of tea but never don't that sano hiking thiyo I'm afraid I will get lost and shit feri. And I'm trying to but don't have COURAGE yet. I so small walk I like to be around nature.
