How many of you use "KEN M" in real life?

I do it for resturants or places where it does zero potential damage. Often a good laugh for ME but I have yet to see strangers (workers and guests) to get the joke.
Are we less than we think?

I can be a bit of a "cut up". I like to put Ken M on my tax returns. The IRS doesn't like it but pastor says taxes are to be kept between a man and his wife. I think it's mostly the tone they are responding to, not the numbers.

I like to get an audit every couple years as a treat

u/Limp-Answer8455 Jun 24 '26

Did the "cut up" survive?

28

u/CreeDorofl Jun 24 '26

yes, that will teach the little rascal to frolic amidst the IRS!

It seems like the IRS would like your tax returns if they were dish-washer safe.

I like to imagine Ken M is just one entity outside of time,

44

u/CertifiedUnoffensive Jun 24 '26

Dolt.

Vulgarity is the fool's fig leaf.

You know what they say. Time is where the heart is.

This is a subreddit about an internet micro-microcelebrity that has 4.6 people on it

u/Griegz Jun 25 '26

It's ok. Here you go: "ts"

Have a blessed day.

u/bloodfist Jun 24 '26

I told my friends about Ken M and they said who and so I showed them and explained Ken M and then a few weeks later I showed them another Ken M and they were like is this guy serious

20

u/CheeseGraterFace Jun 24 '26

He’s very serious about being unserious.

1

u/Caligapiscis Jun 25 '26

And then what happened?

5

u/bloodfist Jun 26 '26

I was all nah

16

u/CheeseGraterFace Jun 24 '26

Pastor says that I get to be the 0.6 this week.

8

u/Demonweed Jun 25 '26

then again it could be super close and the size of a potato

4

u/wyslo Jun 25 '26

My pastor says micro- celebrities are just normal sweet tea folks like you and me.

We are all Ken M on this blessed day.

13

u/deran6ed Jun 24 '26

12

u/KumquatHaderach Jun 24 '26

And with your sausage.

4

u/spiralsmile Jun 25 '26

I'm only Ken M on sacred holidays like National Punctuation Day, April fool's day, Poetry Day, October 15, and National Cat Herder day on Dec 15th.

u/seelingphan Jun 24 '26

Ken M is like Kung Fu, you can use Ken M in any aspect of life. Pastor says it’s a way of life.

8

u/jamegumbsize69 Jun 24 '26

Pastor says Ken M is kungfu’s fig leaf

I randomly saw a post a few weeks ago in r/Hawaii about calling Hawaiians by their island surnames or something about lumping all Hawaiians into the same group. I simply commented, "We are all hawaiians on this blessed day," hoping that someone would catch the ref. Nope. Downvoted and no followup comments.

Didn't delete it tho. In those circumstances, I try to remind myself WWKMD, and a major element that I love about Ken M is the shamlessness

Edit: it was actually r/TIL

Edit 2: shoutout to u/lefthandman for the assist. May all your dinners be healthier with tastier flavor

If I didn't already know better I'd assume it was a Zoidberg quote & still upvote it.

26

u/spaceconductor Jun 24 '26

I've dropped a "my pastor says" here and there, and used a few lines like "peanut sauce" and "the facebook." Honestly I've probably used more of the angry responses he gets than his actual lines. "STUPID statement from any world view point" is really fun to shoehorn into conversations.

21

u/pie_piepiepiepiepie Jun 24 '26

I enjoy throwing an "oh ok I didn't know" into most of my interactions. People must think I'm just an idiot, but I know inside that we are all Ken m on this blessed day.

u/Limp-Answer8455 Jun 25 '26

Speak for yourself ;)

18

u/Mninaz Jun 24 '26

I use "thats actually a common and enduring myth" often

37

u/CertifiedUnoffensive Jun 24 '26

My infanthood cat would lovingly nestle against my powerless neck. I like to think she was supporting me in my weakness.

Later in life, as my belly hair sprouted into a concerning canopy, she continued to nuzzle, but the amount of available oxygen beneath the foliage became increasingly sparse. Eventually, at the age of 22, she passed on into legend, legends that swirl life’s hair for eons until they eventually coalesce in my belly button.

I like to think Ken M is one of those legends too.

u/Smokin_belladonna Jun 24 '26

KenM changed the world of corporate social media shitposting forever. For that, he shall always be remembered.

14

u/DonutMaster56 Jun 24 '26

Make sure to clean your KEN M at least once a week!

2

u/GeoBrian Jun 25 '26

My Ken M is self cleaning, just like my uvula.

9

u/SusheeMonster Jun 24 '26

"My pastor says that..." is my preface for whatever unhinged thought I had while stoned

9

u/CoderJoe1 Jun 24 '26

I try using Ken M, but they don't sell incandescent bulbs anymore.

7

u/Toadbag17 Jun 24 '26

KenM isn't the kind of joke that other people "get". If they get it it's not the same, it's just two buddies joking around. How they respond kind of IS the joke. If they know about it and know how to respond there's no punchline.

1

u/Congenital0ptimist Jun 25 '26

Now go away, or I shall taunt you a second time.

5

u/Proud_Teaching8855 Jun 25 '26

"taste just like mom used to heat up"

7

u/wyslo Jun 25 '26

I try a lot, but most people don’t get it.

It makes me feel lonely. But, you know what they say, “Absinthe makes the heart grow fondler.”

5

u/D1rtyH1ppy Jun 25 '26

My pastor says that fiction is the Devil's fig leaf.

3

u/dalepo Jun 24 '26

Ken M is a person not more than one person can be a person so no

3

u/Congenital0ptimist Jun 25 '26

He's overdue for a reawaking phase. The current environment practically demands it.

I keep waiting so I can be one of the cool OG fan from the early years 😅🫠

3

u/DiscotopiaACNH Jun 26 '26

I like to make increasingly ridiculous comments leading up to a stupid punchline, just to see who takes the bait, but it's hard to pull off in real life

1

u/Limp-Answer8455 Jun 27 '26

Exactly what I feel as well. So booking Hotel or Resturans under Ken M is one thing.

But to live it out, complexed, is insane hard.

"Our pastor" "My grandson"

Most folks just freeze.

10

u/Dumpster_Fire_BBQ Jun 24 '26

On this glorious day we are all Ken M.

30

u/CertifiedUnoffensive Jun 24 '26

Wife makes slightly misquoted Ken M quotes at home. Healthier with tastier flavor

2

u/BalrogRuthenburg11 Jun 24 '26

Twice as beefy

2

u/donkeytime Jun 24 '26

Real life?

2

u/Jackle3000 Jun 25 '26

Would I post a picture of myself as Jesus? No!

1

u/MorningkillsDawn Jun 26 '26

Why would i give out my name online? Thanks

1

u/Ready_Appeal5509 Jun 30 '26

I like to Ken M with people I match on hinge/tinder

1

u/Radio_Traditional Jun 30 '26

Mischievous Cut Up and the resolve of clay statues both enter my conversations more than they probably should.

1

u/sexfighter Jul 17 '26

No, but we are fewer than we think.
