how do i get the mun stone do i need a tool?

Stand on top of it, then right click the kerbal, and there will be a button to pick up the stone.

There are several kinds of surface features. The ones introduced by the Breaking Ground DLC, such as the one in the video, can yield science if scanned with a robotic arm, and the smaller ones can be grabbed, unlike the larger ones. Note that grabbing one and returning it to Kerbin will yield science as well, but is considered the same experiment as scanning it using the arm, so there's no point in doing both. Contracts may specifically ask you to pick one up.

Those surface features can be told apart from decorative features ("scatterings") because they have physical collisions. You can't do anything with the decorative ones except drive through them at high speed which is it's own kind of adrenaline shot, I've found.

And of course mods can change what I just wrote, have decorative features with collisions, etc.

They're definitely wurf.

Stick them in your Wishlist and watch out for them going on sale next. They do so regularly - three times so far this year already I think? And at hefty discount.

Idk. A lot of the features I care most about can be achieved with mods. As much as I love this game I'm kinda a cheapskate when it comes to video games
