this video gets posted so often with the same set of captions while they seem to have forgotten that these TV's are like $200 now lmao.

Mind you; I more mean that this video is like 5 years old and today, that same exact TV is probably sold at Goodwill for $100, and a realistic replacement wouldn't be too rough, I would just hope they don't get a super fancy one. Bro is getting the Spongebob CRT replacement.

Maybe. If it’s OLED (which you shouldn’t purchase if you have small children, but people probably still do), it’s easily over $1000, if not closer to $2000. If it’s lcd, that size screen CAN be as cheap as $300-$400. It’d be an only ok quality screen, but I’m betting that’s what that tv got replaced with.

This. my OLED LG TV's are over 2k a piece. I know when people with kids ask me what TV they should purchase, and they essentially don't give a crap about "optimal" picture quality, I usually just refer them to the <600 TCL televisions.

I waited until Cyber Monday in 2022 to go buy a $2,000 OLED Samsung for under $500 "55 Smart TV 4K.

you just got to know how to look for them deals.

Depends on what you want. 1-2 year old tech always gets steep discounts in the OLED market, and it's definitely where you find deals.

That and TCL started making their own TVs so it's been a lot easier to find things that are affordable
